SUIANG-SHYAN LEE received his B.S. degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan; and his M.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Yuan Ze University, Taiwan. He is currently a Ph. D. candidate in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. His research interests include image processing and pattern recognition.
