1. About project, you have to list some items needed to be done (according to the proposal 2 years ago). Then, try to finish some of them yourself. For the remaining, supervise Wu-Jar-Hwa to help you. She is only help you to write program, i.e. you are still the major researcher to control development.
(When semester begin, you need to give a report (list some items needed to be done, and what you did in winter vacation)).

2. About thesis, the reason why I ask you to list the publication list  is that I want you to organize and think what you already have in hand; and what you should do to go ahead.Sometimes, I am afraid you let time pass without concentrating on thesis (or organizing your thesis, or thinking of your thesis in deep thought). You did thesis slowly, I am not sure whether part-time work influenced you or not. I want you to still have part-time job (because you will need a job), but your study has to be more aggressively and automatically. For a 4th year PhD student, you should think of your thesis frequently, not to let me remind you. Therefore, you had better write a short thesis proposal or outline, to let me know what topics you think you are possible to finish (just possible is enough, not a promise).
