可以正常編譯使用但是心理總覺得怪怪的

Tool/option/version control
remove vss setting

工具→選項→原始檔控制
外掛程式選擇  →目前的原始檔控制外掛程式
取消Microsoft Visual SourceSafe 選擇無

搞定!!

c:\jm14.2\jm\lencod\inc\contributors.h
重新用記事本開啟 改存成unicode
不然直接編譯出現一堆警告(?)

如何讀取自己的影片檔
首先要自訂一個自己的config檔(用記事本打開encoder.cfg更改裡面資料後另存新檔 ，假設存檔檔名test.cfg)

大概會需要動到的資料  要編碼的檔案名稱 你要從第幾個frame開始編 共要編幾個 輸入和輸出的影片大小

StartFrame            = 0                                      # Start frame for encoding. (0-N)
FramesToBeEncoded     = 50     # Number of frames to be coded

SourceHeight          = 480    # Source frame height
SourceResize          = 0      # Resize source size for output

預設編碼檔案是YUV=4:2:0 如果影片檔案是RGB 編碼時要下參數
lencod -d test.cfg -p RGBInput=1
